With a master's degree in education, Mr. Gao Yi, is not only a senior middle school chemistry teacher, but also a principal who is being trained to be a key principal in Guangdong Province. In 2007, he was awarded in the provincial education discipline inspection. Besides, he has won the title of Zhongshan Excellent Educators many times.

After graduating from South China Normal University in July 1992, Mr. Gao started to teach in Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Secondary School. From November 2005 to August 2014, he served as the deputy secretary of the school Party Committee, secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection, and executive vice principal of the school. In September 2014, he was appointed as the principal of Zhongshan Dongqu Middle School. Since September 2015, he has been serving as the principal of Zhongshan overseas Chinese Secondary school. Following the development strategy of being “a renowned school & an overseas Chinese school”, Mr. Gao is going to make good use of the advanced overseas Chinese culture to run a Nationwide First-Class and World Renowned Overseas Chinese School. He will also try to further stimulate the enthusiasm of the school board, alumni and people from different circles to support the school’s development. Besides, Mr. Gao will further improve and innovate in the school management system so as to build a united executive team which is good at management. Moreover, he will strive to build a team of professional, high-quality teachers so as to cultivate more outstanding talents with international vision and broad mind.
